Wie not ready for the PGA

I have no problems with Michelle Wie trying to make a name for her self by playing on the mens tour. I respect her for wanting to play against the best. But, until she has an actual chance to compete, she needs to stay on the Ladies tour and continue to hone her game and her competitiveness.

She would do much for her self and for the Golf by staying in the ladies tour and winning, possibly becoming dominant, than she gets by being an after thought on the mens tour with little chance to actually win.

I would think a few years of multiple win seasons would better prepare her for playing against the men, that the continual failures that she is currently experiencing. Can she really feel that playing in the mens PGA tour, where she has yet to make a cut, is good for her sponsors or herself. If she made a cut and finished 65th, is that any better.

Get back to the LPGA, win a few tournaments, win a major, build your skills and confidence, then come back and give the PGA tour a chance.
